Most of us want things
You might sacrifice things like eating a nutritious breakfast with just grabbing a protein bar so that you’re not late for that morning appointment.
We live in a world where we never really stop to smell the roses because we’re always running behind on something.
We’re either running to or from work, school, gym etc – so we don’t always put the time and effort into making healthy meals.
As the saying goes, ‘the most important meal of the day is breakfast’.
It’s what fuels your day and gets you going no matter how chaotic the rest of your day is.
So it’s important to make sure you start with a meal that has all the nutrients you need for your body to take you through the rest of your day.
There are no smoothies in here since I believe a smoothy can’t be a full meal. Since all the fiber has been broken down, it will be digested fairly quickly in your stomach and you will be hungry again after a short period of time.

You can mix this up however you like and even meal prep for the week ahead.
1. Crispy Hashbrowns – you can also try these with sweet potatoes, they’re just as mouthwatering! They can be the main or the side to your favorite breakfast item.
2. Almond Butter Banana Quesadilla – add strawberries, chia seeds, or coconut flakes. Have fun with it! They’re one of my favorites go-tos.
3. Southwest Sweet Potato Hash – excellent source of Vitamin A, B, and C and much more. Plus they’re loaded with lots of fiber!
4. Coconut Yogurt Parfait – try any store bought non-dairy yogurt.
5. Easy Avocado Toast – you can put anything you like on the avocado like cucumbers, tomatoes, chia seeds, nutritional yeast and so much more. This is the easiest one
6. Chickpea & Onion Omelette – similar to a fritter but with veggies, so delicious!
7. Scrambled Tofu and Spinach with Sweet Potato Fries – you’d never really know that there are no eggs in this 🙂 They look and taste like scrambled eggs.
8. Banana Nut Scone – everything tastes better with nuts. Try it with your favorite nut 😉
9. Blueberry French Toast Muffins – Just YUM!!
10. Berry Acai Bowl – this delicious bowl falls right in between a smoothie and an oatmeal bowl. Acai has so many benefits to list here but it’s
{BONUS} – Chocolate Chip Strawberry Pancakes – couldn’t have left out pancakes! Even
Staying healthy isn’t hard. It just takes dedication and commitment.
Our bodies don’t come with a ‘healthy’ meter so the only way to make sure it’s working at its best is to fuel it with the right foods.
